Mr. Diego Jose Tobon Echeverri, the Ambassador of Republic Columbia in Russian Federation, visited «Optosystems»  Ltd. Such issues as a partnership development between Russian Federation and Latin America were discussing. Special attention was given to increasing economic relationship between Russian companies and Republic Columbia.
